Teen Challenge Maine was established in to reach, rescue and restore young men and at-risk youth from the grip of drug and alcohol addiction by the power of Jesus Christ. Using Biblical principles as a guide for healthy and sober living, the long-term residential rehab teaches young men how to cease addictive and behaviors and become productive members of society. Addiction recovery does not end with discharge after completing a rehab program.

The links on the right side bar offer other's reasons as well. Claims of high success rates and high drop-out rates and accountability are what sparked this investigation. I have decided to write a post concerning the comments that others have left about Teen Challenge because they are the voices of the people who have been directly involved in Teen Challenge. Today I encourage everyone to take the time to 'really' read these comments and to leave your own comments about your own experience with Teen Challenge! Teen Challenge Middle Georgia is a 12 to 14 month residential recovery program serving adult men. The program is designed to assist individuals with life-controlling addictions and behaviors. ALL four phases are required to complete the program and completion is subject to the discretion of the staff. Residential treatment programs provide housing food and meals in addition to treatment for substance abuse. Some facilities offer only short-term residential treatment, some offer only long-term treatment and others offer both, ranging from a few days to many months, based on patient needs. Addiction recovery does not end with discharge after completing a rehab program.
